Six months later and the permits are finally ready, almost. Read the blog at www.62ndstreet.blogspot.com to see the travails my client has had to go through. Normally, it takes about 6 months to get a Use Permit. We got one in two months. Normally it takes 6-8 weeks to get the building permit. It has been six months and counting!
